Album info
In the novel Jack Ryan is ferried by a Twoseater Harrier from HMS Invincible. It is said the Harrier is a trainer version modified for ASW. I couldn´t find any hint if there were any thoughts in the Royal Navy ever to convert such a Harrier.
So I felt free in building the Kinetic kit with all its option. Tom Clancy gave the Harrier a FLIR. Therefore I used the Laser nose of the kit. In addition I chose the long tail as it could house a small MAD sensor.
The model itself is finished yet. I should add a base and some figures and a boarding ladder. I will do this later this year. First I have to gather some stuff for this.
